I made a quick video to introduce you to this kit, and how best to use it.
Shadow work often gets a bad reputation, but it isn’t meant to be scary. I say this because, at the beginning of my own journey, I was wary of it too. The term “shadow work” sounded heavy, dark… even a little intimidating, if I’m being honest. But once I looked beyond the name, I became deeply curious.
At its core, this is simply a tool to gently meet the parts of yourself you’ve tucked away ..out of fear of judgment, shame, or embarrassment. And those parts? They matter. They hold insight, truth, and stories that are ready to be seen and understood.
Shadow work became one of the most powerful tools in my own healing. It allowed for real, lasting shifts ..not by forcing change, but by creating space for awareness and compassion.
Come back to this practice as often as you need. Each time, you may uncover something new… and each time, you meet yourself a little more fully.
This is where the work moves out of reflection and into your real life.
The Pause Practice and Pattern Map are here to support you in the moment. Not just when you’re journaling or meditating, but when patterns are actually playing out in real time.
This is how you begin to catch yourself mid-pattern.
This is how awareness turns into choice.
These practices are meant to be used daily ..gently, consistently, without pressure to get it “perfect.” The more you meet yourself in these small moments, the more everything begins to shift.
This is where the work becomes embodied.
This is where change becomes real.
